This is exactly what Icesun Flash Screensaver offers you: to be able to create a screensaver from one (or various) SWF file. Once the screensaver has been created it is saved in autorun (EXE) format, so you can give it to any of your friends who can install it easily.

Icesun Flash Screensaver lets you add background music to the resulting screensaver, in either MP3 or WAV formats, and also personalize the background colour. You can also see a preview of how it will be before the conversion from SWF to EXE finishes.
